Order Policies

• Kindly request for check the stock availability and latest price before proceed to make the order payments.
• The lead time is depends on maker stock availability. Standard processing for most products are stock available is approximately 3 to 5 business days or may takes a month or longer for stock shortage. This is not a guaranteed time frame as certain circumstances may cause a longer delivery.
• We do not issue refunds, amendment or cancelation once the order is in the “ in process” and onwards status . However, if you contact us after making the order immediately before the order proceeding, we can cancel your order and refund your money. (Amount paid for 5% transaction fees may charged)   
• If an item of the order is not available or discontinued , the email notification will be sent to customer. The customer can request a substitution or change to the order or the funds will be credit to account.
• Any errors made by the customer, will be the customer’s responsibility.
• We reserve the right to cancel any orders accepted without being liable for any compensation in the events of unavailability of stock or discontinuance from maker or difficulty to obtain registered items or others circumstances. In the event we do our right of cancellation all sums paid to us will be refunded and if any refund fee chargeable will be charged.
• Prices subject to changed in the event of price rises made by suppliers or makers without prior notice. In the event of a price increase, customers required to pay the insufficient funds to cover the total cost of an order when notified. Alternatively may request cancel the order if they are unwilling to proceed the order and the payments made will be refunded . 
• We do not accept returns or exchanges and not be responsible incorrectly part number provided. We strongly suggest you carefully make sure the part numbers are correct when placing order. 
• The items are sold as new, genuine and good condition, therefore is no warranty provided.
• Once the order has been proceesed, Cancellations and Amendments are not Acceptable .
• Please note that we do not sell in Japan. 恐れ入りますが日本国内での販売は行っておりません

Shipping Policies 

• Please note Shipping and Shipment insurance cost are not included in our price.
• Please inquire about the shipping cost before placing your order .
• Shipping rates depending on the size and the weight of the package to your country.We try our best to keep the package shipping rate in lowest  as possible. The best Courier services may recommended if oversized of the package.
• Shipping Costs are Calculated based on Volumetric measurements of the packeage size and weight to ensure accurate pricing and will notified when your order ready for ship.
• We ship worldwide via EMS japan (Package weight) ,DHL and FedEx (by volumetric weight calculation).
• DHL and FedEX Courier Shipping Fees determined by Volumetric Weight or Actual Weight(kg) whichever
  is greater of the package in cm and dividing by 5000. 
  Volumetric Weight = LengthX Width X Height / 5000
• Kindly make an inquiry about shipping cost before placing order.
• An additional fee may apply for oversize package.
• All rates are subject to change based on MONTHLY floating changes surcharge. 
• Additional surcharge taxes applies to Residential address shipment. 
• Shipping Cost does not inclusive shipment insurance.
• We are not responsible for any import/export duty or any taxes may incur. 
• We will not be responsible for incurring the fee on returned packages or for shipping the item back from you
• We do not refund for any lost and we reserve the right to request additional payment if any charges or insufficient postage. 
• Dangerous items , classified as flammable, gases goods ,baterry , air bag , etc , are cannot shipped by air, 
  Kindly make an inquiry before placing order.
• We will send you the package tracking number and we do not responsible for any lost, undeliverable, damaged packages.
• Once the package has arrived at the local courier facility, if any delayed , please contact local courier facility with tracking information for more details.
